Audio inputs

I got a couple of these for USB ports:

I'm now looking for something like this for audio, specifically I would like a mic-in (karaoke for the daughter) and a line-out. Any recommendations?

a panel mount 1/8 inch jack (or 1/4 "phono" jack if you so feel like) and a disc of plastic would probably work peachy.

I would use XLR panel mount inputs for the mic and a reg trs 1/4 for stereo out. That way you've got professional cabling and consumer adapters are easy to find.
