Q*Bert Knocker placement question
«

I want to add a Q*Bert knocker to my cabinet but I'm not sure where to install it. Does someone knows where it's placed in an original cabinet ? (a picture would be nice
)

I think it goes on the back of the coinbox:

Pg 40 of the Q*Bert manual
here
, item 16 indicates the general location of the knocker.
A blog post
here
has a pic of the knocker.
The blog post
here
has a pic of it mounted to the back of the coinbox enclosure -- as Le Chuck mentioned above.

Are you using original circuit boards to drive the solenoid, or using a separate circuit? I'm curious as I have a Qbert with a physical knocker, but no way to drive the solenoid (dont have the original circuit boards).
