ATTRACT VIDEO NIGHTMARE : SOLVED :)

PROBLEM:
So I wanted to have the Mortal Kombat Attract video as my screensaver on a loop if my MaLa menu screen was dormant for 30 seconds. No problem. Right?
Only my PC was running windows media player 10 with all of the old codecs and you could only here the video and the screen would go black. I tried converting the video using for different converting softwares with all of the available codecs. Oh yeah I need to mention that my pc no longer has a modem or lan connection so I cannot connect to the internet to download upgrades or new codecs). I tried to figure out a way to manipulate the video to play on the older player. After hours of converting/save to flashdrive/run out to porch and plug flash drive into cabinet/try to play/no luck/no luck/ no luck.

SOLUTION:
Found a copy of Windows Media Player (from my friendly pirate) that did not require prior validation and followed the steps laid out on this page http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/2577/wmp11_install_windows_media_player_11_without_activating_bypass_wga/
and walla. I know have an attract video that works
