Layout orientation/display question
« on: April 04, 2014, 08:06:33 pm »
I just completed a vertical Galaga layout for a fellow BYOAC'r.
However in this instance the user has set Windows to display in portrait mode.
As a result the layout is not displaying correctly.
So I thought I would simply redo the layout as HORIZONTAL @ 1024h x 768w.
I figured this would display correctly.
However each time I try to edit the layout the MaLa layout editor crashes.
I tried  different backgrounds with the same result, so I don't think it is the image itself.

Can I do anything in MaLa to make  this layout display as needed ?
I'm using Mala layout editor 1.7.4

I know Mala has the option to rotate on the fly. I dont know if this will give me the desired result.
I need a vertical layout to display correctly on a PC in Windows portrait mode.
