Jukebox - Games and Karaoke all in one?

Can you build a Juke box, Karoake machine and megatouch games in one unit? If yes what software works best to do this?

Yes, sort of.  Jukebox is your own preference, Karaoke the same.  Megatouch emulation with the exception of the really old stuff is frowned upon as they like to come down hard on people sharing their software about. See various build threads including mine for little bits of information on the games.
