All kinds of wire colors:http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a-store/category/825470/wire/cable/stranded-hook-up-wire-25-roll/1.htmlCrimp terminals:http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a-store/category/196/crimp-terminals/1.htmlYou'll probably use the red 3/16" quick disconnect terminals on the switches.
I got strippers at radio shack yesterday, work amazing, I used it to strip 22 gauge solid, 24 stranded (although you cannot strip a lot at once with them) and used them to strip the outer cover off CAT6 cable. $20 in the store, worth every penny - save yourself the headache, and get good ones http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3932546. They claim to work for 10-24 gauge. I think it would work for even smaller solid wire, stranded 24 is probably the limit in my experience.
Second vote for http://www.allelectronics.com/index.phpCheapest site I have found for bulk wire.

I wouldn't use those strippers for stripping cat6 putter jacket. You'll nick up the induvidual wires. Those auto strippers are typically used for thhn cable which is typically used in commercial light and power. They will also work on other cables but they're not meant for cleanly stripping outer jacket if sheathed cable.
Commercial arcade games generally do not use the full insulated ones.
