a while back i purchased two bat top u360s, which are currently in my 2 player cabinet. I like these sticks, they are very versatile. In my 4 player pedestal cabinet, i went with four ball top JLWs. I really like the feel of the JLWs...more than the u360s...i think part of it is the shorter throw due to the restrictor plate, but also i think I like the ball tops better. (plus there are many more options for tops). the shaft on the bat tops are so much thicker than the ball top shafts, which has to make them heavier as well. The u360s just feel heavier to move. I think i'd like them more if they were balltops, so what do i need to do to swap them out?
i could just buy two JLW balltop sticks and swap the parts out, but i then i'd still have two bat top JLWs that i don't need. ideally, i'd like to just get replacement shafts. I found some hollow ones at paradise arcade, but is that all i need? i havent really taken my JLWs apart to see what all parts are in there, obviously there is a spring and a pivot point of some kind...are they compatible with the smaller shafts? or would i need to replace those parts as well?

what are my options?
