You know after the F&F deal where an actor DIES because he thinks he can street race you'd think Hollywood would learn it's lesson and stop making that garbage.
Until the see the words "Cannonball" or "Bandit" in the title I'm not watching anymore of this crap.
While no, it doesn't condone street racing, just bringing up that Paul Walker actually was into racing/driving for quite some time and raced in actual organized events, not street racing. Even the stunt driving co-coordinator for the FF series said he was a natural. Additionally, even the Skyline GT-R he drove in 2 Fast 2 Furious was his personal vehicle. So I'm not defending street racing (irresponsible) or anything, just saying that he was more than an actor that thought he could drive...
Also, loved the Cannonball movies also, and the first Bandit movie (second was good, not great)... But you know Speed Zone was envisioned as the 3rd Cannonball movie... Defend THAT one...
