I don't have any experience with the plate, but I'll go ahead and give my $.02 in case Armi doesn't post to answer your question.
I had an x-arcade and swapped IL sticks into it.  They were a direct swap and bolted right in.

So if this thing has the same footprint as an IL stick, it should work fine.

That is exactly what the X-arcade plate is for.  We named it that because it's just a little smaller than the main Universal plate and fits down into the routed out section without requiring any modifications to an X-arcade stick

I see nothing named "X-arcade plate" and there is no mention of X-arcade in the description.
I believe that's why OP was asking for clarification.

So...he needs to buy the IL Universal plate?
