I have 2 of these for sale, 17" USB touch screens built into a stainless steel podium type cabinet, they also have built in amplified speakers.  Made by Dicoll, just add a small desktop pc and they are ready to use.

Might want to post whereabouts in the world you are.  I Have one of these with a keyboard, Works nicely as a touchscreen Juke.
