That's not a fan. It's a PC power supply.  It says right there on the Zalman sticker.

Its not a power supply, its a power supply shell with the fan. its pretty much the same as a PC fan.

LoL, it looks like a power supply. Or is it a power supply shell with a fan in it?^-^

The fan in your last photo says 12VDC, so yes you can connect it to 12 volts. the direction is controlled by which way you connect the wires. If it is blowing the wrong way, just reverse the wires.

I would set it to blow in so that you get a positive airflow through the case.

Set the one at the bottom to blow air into the cabinet (Will probably want reversing from existing) and then set the one you have higher up to suck air out of the cabinet.   Warm air rises so this would be the most effective. I would recommend a dust filter for the one blowing air into the cab.

DONT TOUCH THOSE.

Thats the AC line in , its fused from the power cord to the power supply. If you want to tap 12v, tap it off the power supply where it is clearly labeled +12v. Honestly if you're putting a PC in there I'd just get another PC fan and tap it off the PC power supply.
