PUNTASTIC Builds
« on: July 24, 2013, 05:54:19 pm »
Figure someone should start a thread like this as we are crowding up the Aussie Barrel Build.

Build ideas that stick with the main theme of a game: GO!

I'll start with Golden Tee inside a giant golf ball.....hopefully you guys have better ideas.

Already been done... It's called Spaceship Earth at Epcot Center!  :laugh2:

A giant standing turtle shell with 2 staffs to help support in the rear would be kinda cool for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This one would be a real test of skill.

Cross posted from other thread:

- LEGO Tetris cab.

- Bubbles in a sink.

- Frogger (or racing game) in a tire.

- Golden Tee in a golf bag/stand -- connect to big screen TV.

- TMNT in a stack of pizza boxes/delivery bags -- controls covered by the delivery bag flap when not in use.

lol I know, I know, it's also (supposedly) a quote of the actual words spoken by him. so I guess it would have to stay, bad grammar and all. also they talked all funny back then...but not really. kind of like when you go back and read some of the old newspaper articles from 1900-1950's and they have all kinds of fancy convoluted words and stories. you know someone just got themselves a brand new thesaurus.

Quote
...aside from the fact he has a suit of clothes which is badly in need of a good pressing, the chauffeur is as good as ever after returning to camp without further adventure or damage whatsoever.

??? even I know people back then didn't talk like that. it was more like:

Quote
Dija eat yet?
naw.
ya'nt to?
yeup.

My main concern is the monitor placement... Are the alter boys supposed to be under the desk?

 :lol
okay, i'm just going to screw this handle on here and use it to hold on while this post get's whisked away to PnR now.

*drill whirrs*

I just ordered one of those backetball tvs for a build. Have you tried separating the "ball" from the screen? If so, how did it go?
