Part suppliers in the UK - any reccomendations?
« on: February 07, 2013, 11:09:30 am »
UK based builder types, where do you get your parts from? I have a HAPP trackball and mounting plate but no screws to attach the thing, got Sanwa joysticks but no mounting screws, anywhere that is good for parts to fit these (preferably blind mounted).....that sort of thing, fiddly stuff that they won't have in Homebase. Or do they?

Thanks in advance all!

Ultimarc and Gremlin Solutions are great starting points.

Also, the Wiki has a list of vendors.

Thanks, i wasn't being lazy and ignoring the wiki, just thought I'd rather get actual recommendations from people who have used the companies before instead of just leaving things to chance!

I used Ultimarc recently.  There was a missing button from the order, but 1 email later a replacement was in the post.  I can highly recommend them.

www.screwfix.com

What are you mounting into? which joystick? etc if you want more precise help.
On forums jimmer speaks for himself as a Defender fan, not as proprietor of www.jbgaming.co.uk  << Is that advertising or disclosure ? or both ?
