I am going to swap out my i-pac for 2 PS360+ That way I can play console and pc stuff in my cab. I want to be able to switch between pc and consoles with a switch. Im using a hdmi switch for swapping video. I dont know what I could use for usb.

So you want to switch between the IPac and the PS360+ and you want to switch between the PC and Console, right?

If so, maybe you can combine two switches like this:

IPac----\                                              /--PC
             Switch 1--USB cable--Switch 2
PS360--/                                             \--Console

Scott

EDIT: Thanks, Christopher. missed that he was using 2 PS360+'s.   :dizzy:

Inexpensive approach, just use two switches like this:

                              /-- PC
PS360+ --Switch-- |
                              \-- Console

If I am understanding you correctly, and you really need 2 USB inputs to 2 USB outputs, then you need what I've seen referred to as a "matrix" or a "matrix switch."

I use an HDMI matrix splitter in my cab -- see my sig link-- to send either my PC or my PS3 to either, or both my living room set and my cabinet's monitor. It's a 2x4 matrix/splitter (2 inputs, 4 possible outputs.)

Just doing a couple of seconds of Googling, a full-on USB/HDMI KVM matrix seems to be prohibitively expensive (unless you have DEEP pockets.)  That said, I did find this: http://www.pccables.com/30080.html

You could probably do better than this (or at least find a better vendor...)

What I guess I'm not understanding is why you couldn't plug both PS360s into a plain old USB hub, and then split the outputs with something like this (or with what BadMouth suggested?): http://www.amazon.com/Kensington-ShareCentral-Device-Sharing-K33900US/dp/B0014IUVQA/  It is USB, after all, but again I don't think I'm quite following you... ?  :dunno Hope that helps...

EDIT: Wait, are you keeping the iPac, or removing it from the system? OP says "swapping out." I'm a little confused?

I did try google, but I thought that it would not hurt to ask here. I was hopping someone did the same thing. Im not keeping the ipac. The ps360+ will replace it. All im trying to do is put a switch in so I dont have to unplug from th PC to plug them into the PS3.

Note that you can switch the output of the I-PAC to either a PC or our console adaptors using a PS/2 keyboard KVM switch. This works even if the I-PAC runs USB to the PC.

The KVM switch can also switch the video and sound.
