Trimming Game On Grafix Ultimate marquee?

Is the material Game On Grafix Ultimate non-adhesive marquee made out of easily trimmable?

They charge based on length.  My marquee is less than half the height they allow.
I could fit another marquee or instruction card below it for no extra cost.
 
Just want to make sure that the laminate doesn't cause any issues with cutting them apart.

You can cut/trim them no problem. I had to trim the Marquee in my UAII and it cut just fine.
