Had my son's birthday party and made a bunch of little Perry the Platypus Inaction Figures for party gifts.
I made 14 kits... that's 56 little feet. Sounds like a good job for a CNC machine. I have a little Sherline CNC, and was able to cut them all out 5 at a time. Once finished, I ripped the bottoms off on my table saw, and the feet fell out.

Bunch of parts waiting to be primed.

And after a good coat of what I'm calling "Perry Orange".

Some finished parts waiting for assembly.

So like I said, I ended up with 14 of these. I kept one for me, and one for each for my two sons. I did most of the heavy lifting, and just left the glue and air nailer for the kids. They turned out really nice... and as far as toys go these days, they should last a long time.

Cheers!
