Ha. That's like next town over from me. I think the place that sells them usually has better cabinets so I'm guessing they're stuck with some weird monstrosity they're trying to unload.

Step 1. Converted modern mystery cabinet. CHECK. (Yellow coin reject switches gives this away, plus no classic cabinet I am aware of matches that profile).
Step 2. Bootleg PCB. CHECK
Step 3. Photocopied paper marquee. CHECK
Step 4. Overlay, what overlay. CHECK
Step 5. Happ super joystick. CHECK
Step 6. Gambling buttons. CHECK
Step 7. HUGE lockbar setup on a machine that probably doesn't even earn $20 a month. CHECK.
Step 8. Start to paint Ms. Pac on the side, give up after painting the yellow part. CHECK
Step 9. PROFIT
