New Hall of Fame - Must Play "Games of the Day"

There are now almost 200 GOTD posts on my blog. Since there are always new folks finding the blog, many of them have told me that they find it difficult to plow through all of them in any sort of timely manner. So I thought I'd take a crack at narrowing them down to a list of the cream of the crop. These are CURRENTLY (it's always changing) my favorite games that have been featured as one of my Games of the Day. Remember that a game has to have already been a GOTD on my blog to make this list, that's why some other classic, great games aren't on it. Indeed, the whole point of the GOTDs is to ferret out lesser known, more obscure games that folks might enjoy. Hope you find a game you love.

I'm planning on digging into your list this weekend; 4D Warriors looks excellent, and I recognize a few names from the arcades that I'll have to get reacquainted with.

I'm surprised Xybots didn't make your top list.  I loved that game in the arcade and I'm anxious to try it out again.

I certainly agree that Xybots is awesome.  In fact my GOTD post about it talks about that it's the hardest I ever laughed while playing a game.  There are just so many good ones, it's hard to make the top of the top.

Besides, if I did the list again in a week, no doubt some would be different.

I suppose.  My favorites lists are always fluid, too.  I could really use an iTunes-like database to keep track of my ROMs!
