You would also be about 10 times more likely to encounter an mp3 related legal problem than an arcade related ones.

I say just build the machine and leave all content off. Whoever buys it should be smart enough to figure out how to add their own music. Also, put a big "FOR HOME USE ONLY" sign on it.

It is probably more work to setup your music collection in a jukebox then the 5 minutes to plug in a 60 in 1 board.   If I had my options I would rather get the jamma cab without a board then a juke without music.  A short wait and a 60 in 1 could be in the next owner's hands.  The music setup can be a nightmare if they are not literate with how the jukebox software wants the music arranged.

technically you aren't selling the  60 in 1  board, you would be donating it.
