If you're going to have a fresh one bent up then you may have better luck going over to the main forum and putting out a call for somebody to give you the measurements of theirs including the roll angles or have them trace it and mail you/scan you the traced line.  Seems a waste to buy one just for a template when all the bender needs is the 2-d angle diagram.

Or hit up the KLOV forum, just keep it under your hat that you're mameing it out... they don't always take kindly to that  ;)

thanks for the advice :)  ill throw something in General.  as for mameing it, im not changing the cab any other than a new monitor new speakers and new controls.  cosmetically itll look just like blasteroids 8)

Over on KLOV this guy has a blasteroids for sale and if you ask he may get you some measurements.  The cab should also be in the KLOV sketch-up repository as it keys on search but there are 106 pages of it here. EDIT - Looks like it's still pending modeling.  Sorry

Super double Edit: Found it! http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=dcd6d6708ac896441ba06b563ce1a0c5&prevstart=0

Now if I only knew what the hell I was doing in sketch-up I'd give you the data... alas I am sketch-up dumb.

Somebody is sketchup smart around here... I'm almost sure of it.  I know OND is a sketchup god.  I'd go beg for a measurement.  I know that model is spot on accurate. Looks really cool too.  It's weird, I'm all emotionally invested in seeing you get these damn measurements now.

It's too bad i'm SolidWorks smart and not Sketchup smart, i'd help ya out. SolidWorks has wonderful sheet metal tools. That's how I built all my sheet metal parts for my arcade.

if you have a Blasteroids cp you could measure id appreciate it in any format.  i dont have a metal shop in mind yet so whoever i take it to may work with Solidworks as well.  besides that thanks for the offer of help either way :)
