Finally got soft15khz working-WOW!
« on: December 15, 2011, 01:25:34 am »
I gave in and installed XP instead of win7 so I could use soft15khz... I had no clue what I was missing! I just spent 30 minutes playing around with resolutions on various games. I hadn't noticed how "bad" the games looked before. I'm loving it!

Now I just need to find out what drivers I need to reinstall in order to get audio and Internet working again :(

If you have onboard audio and sound just check which motherboard you have and you should be able to get the drivers from the site.

Chances are its some kind of realtek sound card and a broadcom network card, either that or they are both intel chips  ;D

Funny. Even funnier when the younger gens mean it the other way.

Ha, I am 21 and I think the best console ever released was the NES followed by N64.

There's an interesting trend in pop culture going on: many early 20-somethings are liking stuff from the 80s versus current stuff. I've seen it said a lot on youtube about 80s music.

(The early 30-somethings are usually Street Fighter fanatics.)
