Much improved!  The Ferrari wheel looks right at home in that cab.

The gear lever is wired to your IPAC like any other switch or button.

Making the games work right in MAME isn't so easy though.  :(

What version of MAME and roms are you using? (.125, .137, .144 ???)

my ver is MAMEUE32.0139. 

I have already connected to the gear shift IPAC.
 But as you know I had to change twice in HI \ LO weird right?
 By the way if I put one more Micro Switch, this will solve your problem?

Good News!
I'm using MAME .139 on my cab and have modified it to fix the gear shift.  ;D
PM me your email and I'll send it to you late tonight.

It's just regular MAME though, so no user interface.
(hopefully you have a front-end set up to launch games)

EDIT: The original only had one switch, so adding a 2nd one isn't needed.  It will work like the original.
