I'm wanting to do this but need some direction, I have two pac drive controllers with different usb id's and 8 led buttons per player (two players)

I'm also running a gameex front end

Is there a utility that will allow me to match my roms somehow so I don't have to set up each game individually? I have around 2600 available games and this could be tedious.

Thanks for any input

LEDBlinky. I did this on my Two-Headed Beast. Colors.ini will even light the buttons up for the right color per game (if using RGB LEDs and a PACLED64 or LEDWIZ). For games not listed in colors.ini, LEDBlinky will light only active buttons if you want, but only one color for active buttons for games not listed in colors.ini.

Yep, I've done this using MALA with LEDBlinky and RGB LED's in my buttons and joysticks.  Set it up with controls.dat to light the correct colors, also.

You don't need led blinky, Gameex comes with its own plug in that handles all of this.

Thanks I seen that, tried it out and couldn't get it to work like I wanted to, may dig into it further a little later

What did you want it to do that the plugin didn't do?  Mine does exactly what you are describing, unless I am missing something...

I guess some direction on setting it up, I have the documents now...I think I can figure it out. I was just messing around with it when i first installed gameex and all it did was flash the led's at start up....I know I need to set the paths to the mame files, going to take my control panel to work tomorrow and play around with it when i get time.
