. No need to panic, you aren't SOL. You just need to return it/them to us and pay the shipping charges for the exchange. If you are placing another order, we might be able to include them in that package without affecting the shipping cost. When we saw folks do this on their orders in the past, we used to get them to verify how they planned to use them, but they are used so often in production machines (read: multiple systems) now, with some folks getting a little upset that their ordered got delayed until we were able to get an answer, that we decided best to assume that the customer had things under control. I still try to do this when I
really think the customer might be making an error, but I can't catch all of them. So it goes.
