Hey guys, I think I screwed up! I recently bought two ledwiz and I didn't specify that they needed to be ID 1 and ID 2 my question is will they work together in the same machine? Or am I S.O.L ( ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- outa luck)!?

Seems to be a developing pattern... Might want to check your spam folder. ;)

I'm pulling for you, he'll check the forums and see this thread I'm sure.

Have you gotten them yet? I did the same thing and then I emailed Randy and got it starightened out quick. It was like he already understood that they needed to be 1 and 2.
I just recently had an issue and was able to get a hold of him quick and he fixed it for me.

If you really get jammed up and need an led wiz device 2, I'll sell my unused still wrapped device 2 that I never used.

Thanks! I've been trying!

Your one and only email about this arrived a few hours ago, 7pm on a Friday night :).  No need to panic, you aren't SOL.  You just need to return it/them to us and pay the shipping charges for the exchange.  If you are placing another order, we might be able to include them in that package without affecting the shipping cost.  When we saw folks do this on their orders in the past, we used to get them to verify how they planned to use them, but they are used so often in production machines (read: multiple systems) now, with some folks getting a little upset that their ordered got delayed until we were able to get an answer, that we decided best to assume that the customer had things under control.  I still try to do this when I really think the customer might be making an error, but I can't catch all of them.  So it goes.

Sent you an email.
