ARCADE GUNS VS ULTIMARC AIM TRAK

I know that Arcade Gun uses ultimarc's internals..but is it just a matter of preference on style of gun then (shape/color, fit, build quaility)?  Has anyone used both before and what do you prefer? Looking to buy one to play Point Black series.

I really would like to know if anyone has tried out both? ..And which one do you prefer?  I get my income tax dinero back in a couple of days and would like to buy a pair..but which gun???

And if you own one of these guns...what do you like and what do you not like about them?

To be clear ... arcade guns do NOT use Ultimarc internals. People sometimes put Ultimarc internals into arcade guns.

Arcade guns are not directly compatible with your PC.

I have owned an arcade gun cab, put dual ACT Labs light guns on a MAME cab, and put Ultimarc Aimtrak boards into airsoft 1911s (the only solution that is LCD compatible but needs an LED bar).  All work, some work better than others.  My preference would be playing a gun game in the dedicated cab for it, then playing gun games using a CRT monitor, then as a far third the LCD option.  The CRT guns just do it for me.

I personally haven't used the arcade.com guns. I just bought the aimtrak module and put it in a PS2 gun which is exactly like the aimtrak. My usb's on my PC didn't like the sensor bar so I had to get a powered usb hub. If you plan on just buying a whole kit I would go with the ultimarc only because of the style of the gun. they should both work equally seeings the inside's are the same.

Well, I emailed the Owner of Aracde Guns....

The Arcade Guns version is 100% identical to Ultimarcs version except ....

Colors -  Arcade Guns have red / white / blue colors where as Ultimarc has black / blue
Buttons - The buttons are placed differently (only a preference on location)
Size - The Arcade Guns case is slightly smaller than Ultimarcs
Cost - When buying 2 - Arcade Guns is $6 cheaper

I could be wrong, but do the Arcade Gun versions have the aimtrak internals + the recoil kit?  I hear a nice clicking on some of the demo videos..that may just be the trigger..can anyone confirm?
