It's Smash TV and Centipede combined. I can't believe this is a disc/card title and not a Wiiware DL.

Wayforward is actually a pretty good developer (Contra 4, A Boy and His Blob), but I agree, does not look good.

The last time they tried 3D Centipede wasn't so great either...
