game name help

I was reading a few threads a while ago different games and I can't remember the name of this one and I think there was a video in the thread about it. I thought it was the Halloween game thread but it wasn't.

The game can have up to two players and the levels are like mario brothers and bubble bobble to name a couple where you see the entire board and need to eliminate monsters. I'm pretty sure the characters looked like wizards and tossed fireballs. Possibly a neo geo game, ring any bells?

damn you're good!  thanks I was going crazy trying to figure that out. No matter what name I came up with I kept thinking it was Wizard Fire but I knew it definitely wasn't.
