Looks great !
You should play around with it a little bit more before you print it out.
like try different background and add a glow effect on the mame logo(dont overdo it).

Looks good, very anime. My only suggestion would be to modify the sub-text slightly to make it a little clearer. The

Hm.. I've downloaded cropped Pocket Fighter chars before, but where did you get the chibi GGX chars?  Those are GGX chars on the right, aren't they? ???
