I grew up down in Toms River and Seaside area.  I even worked on the boardwalk as a kid.  I am sure I even came across this guy Randy at some point.  When I worked on the Seaside Boardwalk they used to call guys like Randy "Barkers".  They would call people over and keep people playing to the point where they where out of money and winning useless prizes.  I was actually a Barker for awhile but it is a lot more work then people can imagine.  You have to have a few screws loose to be really really good at it.  He is an animated character and seems like he likes to draw a lot of attention to himself in any way he can.

I don't know if I consider him a hoarder.  I mean it isn't like what he is collecting is junk.  It has value to it.

There was a guy next to where my Father's Factory is (where i use to work) had this dump of a house and he collected newspapers.  Every newspaper he ever owned was in the house.  It eventually caught his house on fire seeing a stack of newspapers fell over and hit the gas hotwater heater and set a blaze.  The funny thing was the house was so wet from the guy not fixing the roof the house fully never really caught on fire. It smoldered for like 3 days.  They finally just condemed it a year or so ago and the guy went into a mental hospital.

Anyways i consider the newpaper guy hoarder.  Randy a nutty, look at me, kind of collector with some issues.

But yet again I am not a doctor just knew a lot of weird people growing up down at the "Jersey Shore"    It is kind of like carni folk.  I blame Ciba-Gigy for dumping into the barnaget bay their chemicals and what not http://rarediseases.about.com/cs/leukemiasrare/a/031602.htm
