So, I've been trying this for awhile now.  I've ordered the correct adapter from Ultimarc.  But when I hook everything up, the monitor turns on, but the screen is completely black.  It doesn't read "No Connection" or whatever, just stays black.  I have the PS3 set to RGB so I'm not sure why it won't read.  Has anyone gotten a PS3 to work on a WG D9800?

Has that PS3 ever been used with another monitor? IE was it running at 720 or 1080P?  If so you have to reset it...hold the power button when you turn it on until it beeps which will force it to default to 480p.

Yeah, I tried this.  I can hear the sound, and my monitor doesn't say "No Input"  it just shows a black screen.  It just doesn't seem like the Hz are getting through.  Not sure what to do.  Talked to Andy about it, and he's pretty stumped at it as well.
