sound works in all layouts except the one I want!

This driving me nuts! My earlier knockabout layouts, where I was experimenting, all seem to have the sound effects (except for background, but we'll cross that bridge later!). But the one layout I actually want to use, I can't make the sound effects work! What could be the difference? What am I looking for? It seems like all the same boxes are ticked in each layout. Is there maybe some .dll file or something that effects this and maybe I've accidentally deleted it?

Seems to work for me

Can you post your log file (after you set logging in mala to debug mode and run it)

I haven't tried anything lately as I've come to the conclusion that a whole raft of differnt problems I'm having with my cab are to do with a dodgy OS install. I'm going to reformat and start again. I'll report back when I get around to it (",)
