Getting Stuff From Groovy Game Gear
« on: December 13, 2010, 06:25:32 pm »
Hi all,
I was wondering if any1 was experiencing a longer than usual wait when recieving products from groovy game gear? I ordered some electric ice buttons last week and my order status still says processing. They had no problems taking the money outta my account. I have ordered several items in the past and they never took near this long.   :dunno  :hissy:

Personally I've never ordered from GGG (because I'm in the UK and haven't had the need to order from Randy yet). But from my time on this forum I can tell you that GGG are one of the top trusted and reliable vendors in this hobby. Randy posts on here regularly and I'm sure if there was a problem he would have it in hand. Communications with him certainly won't be difficult.

I bought stuff from him and if I remember right it took about 2 weeks to get it, but it was extremely well packaged and time and care was put into shipping it.

Ive ordered 5 or 6 times, never had a wait longer the 10-14 days.  Those button come in and out of stock.  I waited until I noticed on his website that they had a couple hundred in stock, then I ordered.

It's holiday time, and you know what that means.  Order volume increases everywhere, including with the people we rely on and things start to get bogged down across the board.

The EI buttons are trickling in more regularly now, but it seems like every time they do, there's some catching up to do.  We just made up another batch of the RGB Drive boards, and the wires are going on now.  So yours will be shipped tomorrow.

Most of the vendors on the forums are part time so this time of year they are shipping as fast as they can GGG is a excellant vender do not worry in the least.
I carry both ultimarc & happ items, all brand new & I ship from the united states. My online store is ARCADEEMULATOR.NET, pm if I can help in anyway.

i will be placing a order with this company in the next month or two.. i need a spinner for my own cab.  and of course my sister wants all the LED bling so i will be trying the color changing buttons GGG sells.

glad to hear its good customer service.. something that is getting harder and harder to find.

i do not mind pay a little extra to mom and pa shop just for that reason. :)

I order something from Randy almost every 2 weeks with my current project and always have a great experience with his shipping and customer service, not to mention all his hard to find and needed items at really great prices. Keep in mind it is mid December and the busiest time of the year for not only retailers, but the mail in general... so things will tend to take a little longer on fed ex, ups, and usps end also. Have no worries, GGG is a great company and I trust them 110%

Good products, wish he'd keep some of his obnoxious opinions to himself, though.   ;D

Good products,   ;D

How would you even know? I'm almost positive Randy doesn't have a bargain bin...

Placed an order Sunday, got the shipping/tracking number today (Thursday).  I'd say Randy's doing pretty good even in the holiday season.  Now I just gotta wait for Santa, uh I mean the mailman.  ;D
