Hyperspin pre-emulator command line operations?
« on: October 19, 2010, 09:47:42 am »
Does anyone know if Hyperspin supports pre/post command line operations, or how to get around this.  I want to set my U360s profiles per game, but I am unsure how to do this automatically in Hyperspin.  If anyone has done this or knows a workaround let me know.
 :cheers:

You can edit the HyperLaunch Autohotkey script (don't forget to recompile). Have a look on the HS forums (or the AutoHotkey website).

Is there a way to fix a U360 profile to a game without a massive if statement or is this just the way it needs to be done?
ie
if (rom=frogger, pacman etc etc)
use 4-way
if (rom=street fighter etc etc)
use 8-way

I don't own a U360 but I believe there's a program that can do that on the fly. All you'd have to do is put the command in HyperLaunch before it loads MAME and it should do it. I know there's a few posts on the HS forums about getting U360s to work in HS.

You can use ledblinky to load u360 maps.  Ledblinky is built into hyperspin already, http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=87267.0

Thanks!
I am having trouble finding CPviewer, more specifically control.ini for LEDblinky.  It seems the website is down, and I can't find it hosted anywhere else.  Does someone e-mail cpviewer to me?

I'd appreciate it!

This thread has links to the controls.dat site (and controls.ini file)...
