Ok, I just got a brand new ArcadeVGA card. It's the PCI Express (PCIe) version. I'm using it on an Elitegroup A470M-M v1.0A motherboard and Windows XP SP2. When I try to install the Ultimarc drivers I get this error: "SEVERE: The display driver is not compatible with the display adapter(s) installed in your system".
So I tried downloading the latest drivers from Ultimarc and they give me the same error. I tried to disable the onboard video on the motherboard but it doesn't give me that option (not sure if it matters). I updated all the drivers on the motherboard from the Elitegroup web site to be sure they are current.
I am getting zero video output on the arcade monitor. I am using the other video port to display video on a standard PC monitor and it's working though. I also tried running the tool that Ultimarc gives out to ensure that all traces of earlier ATI drivers are removed. But it still gives me that error.
Anyone out there encountered this before? I looked but haven't been able to find any posts about it anywhere. Thanks!
John
