What is causing this. Notice the top dont show all of it its like 2 to 4 lines or more cut off.

looks like horizontal hold and size issue

I have tried every setting it just crops the top off.

I believe there is a pot on the boardset itself also to adjust.
Not a technician . . . . just a DIY'er.

it is a WG 7000 I did try the 50/60 hz pot but that caused it to roll over at the top.

try a width jumper if your chassis has it

There is a jumper for left, right center adjust but not for this as I can see. I think mabey the board needs some tlc.
