opinion wanted some what restore

I have a pac converted to vs painted black
started to clean black off art is nto in best shape can mask off and repaint but we all knwo this is a dounting task
can buy repro side art or stenciles cost not really the best

or i can go with NOS ms pac /galaga set - marquee for aroudn 150-175

asking opinions (opening the can of worms) should I go with the nos cheaper route
or restore the pac cab to orig (normally would do ) but not to much into pac anyway my ms pac or my 16 in 1 multipac will be installed for now

or the 4 in 1 with highscore save or maybe even a 60 in 1 later

well once i find tha parts i need to finish the cab that is lol

Hrm.  Maybe go with a most-of-the-way restore until you run into a set of artwork or stencil that is more affordable.  Restore the cab to its original yellow and leave it that way until that point.  It gives you the option of still going either way until one or the other drops into your lap.

Or wait/look for a better condition cabinet. Restorations always seem to add up in cost to same or more than just buying something in decent original shape. It just "feels" cheaper because you're "financing" the cost over time.
