Can I increase the in game MAME menu size?

Im running on a tv, so it's very hard to read the tab menu and its about maybe 15% of the size of the whole screen.  Is there any way I can make it bigger or maybe increase the font size it's using?

you can also use a front end like Gameex or Hyperspin too.

I ended up just trying a font from Mr DO's page, worked perfect.  I can now read the in game menu!
