Erf. When I was working at the student union at UMass one of the dishwashers showed up to work high. He decided it would be fun to lay on the conveyor belt and go through the industrial dishwasher. You could probably hear him screaming a mile away while he got splashed with near boiling water and steam before someone figured out how to turn the thing off.

Isn't an industrial dishwasher at around 200 degrees? I know my home dishwasher gets up to around 180 during the sanitary cycle. It's so hot that I can't handle the dishes until they've cooled off for a while.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was 220 or more.
Ah, one of those old fashioned steam dishwashers... Or is this a 220, 221, whatever it takes kind of deal?
My point was that water boils at 212. Apparently I overthought it.
