having trouble with brightness pot it doesent work changed the pot still nothing here's the schematic

What do you mean it doesn't work?

When you turn it the picture stays at full brightness? Or is it too dark all the time?

Have you adjusted the "screen" control on the flyback?

It appears transistors Q107 and Q108 are in the brightness circuit.

when i try to ajust the brightness with the pot it does nothing i can ajust it a little with the fly back

Check those transistors I mentioned as well as the resistors and diodes around them.

got it narrowed down it the R119 were can i get one

I see a R118 and a R911, but no 119 on the schematic.

it on the chassis right next to the signal input it marked 118 on schematic but r119 on chassis

Radio Shack # 271-1108 Resistor, 100 ohm, half watt.

you won't find that transistor at Radio Shack. It crosses to an NTE 290A. Check with your local electronics parts jobbers in the Yellow Pages under "Electronic Equipment & Supplies".
