On Monday, August 31st, 2009 at 9:15PM I managed to pick up a Mini...

...he's all of 5lbs 10oz and 18.75 inches long.

Here are a couple of photos. He was all of about 1 minute old! He came home yesterday. He was 35 weeks 5 days old at birth making him a "high risk newborn" requiring him to be delivered at a NICU (Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit) instead of the local hospital. He was born in Boise at St. Lukes. He's had a couple Apnea episodes so he's on an Apnea monitor for a month... other than that, he's good to go!

What a looker, eh?

Great timing with the birth, you were able to go to summer camp and now you get to miss the first few weeks of highschool.

That is certainly true. My youngest is 2. It doesnt seem like 2 minutes since she was born.

Mine just turned 13 and is starting her first day in High School next week...It doesn't seem like 2 minutes since I was bringing her mother to the hospital..time flies!

Sounds about right for a freshman. I was 13 when I entered high school too. I was also one of the youngest in my class.

Hehe yep...Grade 1-7 is Elementary School, 8-10 Junior High, 11-12 Senior High.

Cutoff is December...so if you are born in January...you would enter High School at age 13 (having been 13 for 1/2 of the grade 7 year) in September and actually finish grade 8 at age 14...and graduate grade 12 at 18...

I started 9th @ 13, but had my birthday in October. Then I was 14.

15 for Sophomore
16 for junior
17 for senior.
