82/84 songs done. Stuck on Panic Attack (Expert difficulty). My wrist hurts.

Old, but not obsolete.

Whew! Passed it!

382/420 stars.

Failed Bodhisattva three times, Panic Attack six times, and Painkiller once.

Congrats. :)

I've never done the endless setlist. Is it just the songs on the disc, or does it include downloads?

If it includes downloads... With over 300 songs I'm thinking will be a cold day in hell.

It's just the songs on the disc. Which is good, because there are a couple of Metallica songs I bought that I've never passed.

I liked Metallica, until I bought the track pack for Rockband1 and it started adding to the set lists I had to play to advance in the game.

Never download Megadeath Sleepwalker or that Evile song then.  Those are murder when it puts them into the "challenging set lists" that are like 15 songs long on Rock Band 2 career mode.

OK...I'm confused by your new avatar, cakemeister:

Is that just a plain ol' dog?  Or is that a dog with a picture of a human set of eyes/forehead/partial nose photoshopped in?  Because it just doesn't look quite natural.

It's a photoshopped dog.

I can't seem to find the cake picture I used to have.

Trying to score 360 achievement points, I went back to Rock Band 1 and did the endless setlist. You have to do it in band mode so I played guitar and vocals at the same time, both on expert. I did the setlist in a single day but it took most of the day to do it.

It was not easy. I think I got 203/290 stars, the lowest possible is 174. There are 58 songs.

There were three really tough songs. They combine difficult guitar parts with difficult vocals.

3. Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld
2. I Get By
1. Outside

It took me probably three hours to pass Outside. By that time I was ready to bash my head against the wall. Instead I had dinner and rested a while, then I came back and passed it on the third or fourth try.
Old, but not obsolete.
