wondering if anyone has any 33e 5% 1/2w carbon resistors lying around

Sounds like you're going to have to order a couple more things anyway now that you found out those caps are likely bad.

checked the caps they appear to be good when tested nit shorted at least.guess ill have to check through mouser.thanks
