Soul Edge is emulated, but not Soul Caliber (to my knowledge). Soul Edge is in Zinc, but I don't think it has working sound.

Great game, though, isn't it?

You can also pick up an old copy of Soul Blade for the PSX and run it through ePSXe. Works perfectly.
