Two kids in our immediate area were just diagnosed with this.   :P

They’ve had a devastating earth quake, war with drug lords and a pandemic, all that's left is an asteroid or alien invasion to target Mexico.

Does that help you understand Shmokes or should I draw you a picture?  ::)

After reading your response three or four times I think I get the basic gist of what you were trying to say (though I still don't know what it has to do with the comedic value of pneumonia, but whatever).  I like the rolly eyes, BTW.  There's nothing like being pissed off at others when they are unable to understand your unintelligible writing.  You said drugs are shipped through Mexico.  Are we psychic?  We were supposed to intuit that when you say drugs are shipped through Mexico you mean many people in Mexico share needles?

By the way, a major problem with your writing is your seemingly random use of commas.  Commas aren't decoration.  They're not like sprinkles on a donut.  Commas dramatically change the meaning of sentences.  Some of your comma placement is distracting, some of it confusing, and some downright bizarre.

A good rule of thumb when it comes to commas:  When in doubt, leave it out. fixt When in doubt leave it out.

Sorry buddy, but I have been using commas, for over 30 years, and I like using them, in my posts, so if it irks you, have my sincere apologies, in advance.   ::)

I shall perform some more random posts for you in the near future shmokes.

Hope you got your decoder ring handy.  ::)

Hugh Hefner has his.  ;D

Aren't they due for locusts next?

Well, you cannot drink the water anyway, and I thought,  it was killer bees,  not locusts, since we are discussing Mexico,  and not, Egypt.  ;D

I assumed it was to said to upset you and your fellow comic geeks on this board, hence the winky face.

It reminded me of a Simpson's episode where Homer called Stephen Hawking, Larry Flynt.

Why do you Americans call it Swine Flu? Is that political correct with all the latino citizens?
In Europe its "Mexican Flu". But we use the dutch word for "---Bad words, bad words, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when saint censors you?---" too with no problems too. Although, we did. We do get influenced by the US in this. Thats why our famous sweet "---Bad words, bad words, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when saint censors you?----kiss" now is called just "Kisses"  ???

Its been pretty exclusively called Swine Flu in the US.

However they are now trying to call it H1N1 Flu.  Calling it Mexican flu could cause all sorts of human life loss in Egypt.

Yeah, I saw Iron Man, but definitely don't remember that.  Or much else about that movie.  Wasn't that great.

I think it was called pig flu in europe before too, but apparently someone decided that it's not a pig flu (but a combination of different types of flu) so it should be called after the region it originated from.

Like massive88  said they've been trying to call it H1N1 Flu as soon as Egypt slaughtered those pigs and American pork started losing its value.

H1N1 doesn't really roll off the tongue.  Last night Leno did a Jeopardy parody.  The answer was “H1N1” the question was something like “Who was R2D2's mistress?”

They changed the name a week ago so people wouldn’t be afraid of pork, but today W.H.O. is saying we shouldn’t eat pork that came from a pig that had H1N1.

At least WHO’s name makes sense, since this whole thing is sounding like an Abbott and Costello movie.

Just read news articles that Mexico doesn't want it to be called Mexican Flu either  ::)

I guess H1N1 it is then.

Can't they think of some snazzy name like SARS or AIDS?

I was always partial to Hoof and Mouth Disease, which many times sounded like Hoof In Mouth when discussed in the media, which in turn provided a comically mental picture of an imaginary symptom.

You know what's!  Even (more fun) than commas?  (Exclamation) points and!  Parentheses.  I don't give a ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- whether you write poorly.  You seemed surprised and angry that I sincerely couldn't understand your post.  So I explained why.  You can put a comma after every word if you want to.
