Not sure if you tried contacting a company called SEM in Montreal? They are a distributor for Coin Mech (Chicago) that purchased that part of the Coinco business.
Anyways I have just spoken to an employee at SEM and he is going to see what he can do in the way of sourcing these parts...<fingers crossed> I will keep you posted.
The other option is to figure out some way to mask the burn holes in the reject button plastic.

Interesting as I am phoning all these leads and hoping one of them can come through. Coinmech themselves asked what company I was from so I told them who I work for...a bit of truth stretching but oh well :)
