Updating this old thread.

I believe Coin Acceptors, Inc (a.k.a. CoinCo) patents on these complete coin doors, reject buttons, bezels, and pork chops have now all expired. Come on all you plastics reproduction guys, let's get these reject buttons reproduced at the very least.

I just picked up the same coin door off of ebay from ebay and yep, it's the coinco door.

So I'm in the same looking for reject buttons boat. Mine is where the coin passes to the left of the button. In fact, the buttons are ok. I just need the front covers lol.
