Ok, so I downloaded Soft15KHz last night to verify it works, and I know it works. Problem is, now I can't get my LCD to show the screen, so I need to take Soft15Khz off. I'm assuming by using Windows Safe mode, I can do this, correct?

Nevermind, I just booted to safe mode, and removed the drivers. Now I'll just reload the drivers I had.

thats because Soft15 is used to run the computer to an arcade monitor not your desktop LCD
If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

I think he tested it with an arcade monitor, but then switched back to the LCD but didn't remove it first.  At least that's the gist I'm getting.

Was using it with my tv before I realized that Soft15khz only works with SCART tvs/Monitors not our NTSC ones.
