Problem is that it is never what it should be:
Cheese is no cheese. It's cheese analogue:
http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analoogkaas(Sorry, this topic is hot in the Netherlands right know, and someone has to translate it to english I guess)
http://www.europeanfoods.plc.uk/home.htmRead the sentence: "Cheddar cheese analogue less than ½ price of cheddar."
And mayonnaise is no mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise is vegetable oil, egg-yellow and mustard, and nothing else, and should be 75% fat at least.
In Belgium the term Mayonnaise is law-enforced for good sauce, but here you mostly (99.9% chance) end up getting "Fritessaus" crap when you ask Mayonnaise. Fritessaus (25% fat) is served in a triple-size portion, so you get the same amount of fat as with real fries with mayonnaise, but you also get an incredible amount of indigestible emulsifier crap to keep the sauce not falling apart into a watery mess.
