First of all, I have a 15" LCD monitor which I am planning to mount in my bartop. I figured I would saw off the front part of the monitor stand, and then drill the back part of the stand into place.
Unfortunately, I cannot decide if I will mount the monitor
flush against the monitor frame
or if I will recess the monitor an inch or so back. Is there a "correct" way to do this, or is it just a matter of personal preference? Also, I guess it would make sense to adjust the monitor to the same angle as the frame in front of it, right?
One main reason i am concerned is because of the bezel. If the monitor if too far back (or angled too sharply, for that matter), would people be able to see past the blackness of the bezel and into the inside depths of the cab? What do you think?
